Production Facilities
Our innovative production centre is based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. We continue to invest heavily in our new facilities to ensure that our customers benefit from the most sophisticated flatbread production capability in Europe.
By creating a clean room area, we can pack both short and long-life breads in a controlled environment. This allows us to maintain the highest product quality in our naans and flatbreads, as well as meaning we don’t need to use preservatives in our extended shelf-life products.
Our high-care area provides a chilled production unit conforming to the highest food hygiene and safety regulations. It allows us to provide an extremely cost-effective way to fill our dough, or our freshly baked breads with ingredients our customers want, including meat and dairy products.
The flexibility offered by our modern facilities means that we can make any style or flavour of bread exactly to our customer’s requirements. Our high-volume production capacity allows us to produce all types of flatbreads efficiently, without compromising on the market-leading quality which our customers expect.
We have many years’ experience of working in partnership with customers, including some of the best known brand names, to create authentic naans and unique flatbreads for their exclusive use.
