Baking is in our blood

When Samir Eid opened Honeytop Speciality Foods in 1984 his vision was to use the family’s specialist baking background dating back three generations to produce and supply the highest quality flatbreads across the UK and beyond.

His two sons, William and Charles, have now assumed the mantle of overseeing the next phase in the development of business, where they have assumed responsibility for different aspects of the operation.

William’s role is to oversee all operational aspects of the business – including the design of bespoke plant which harnesses the power of cutting edge technology to replicate traditional flatbread baking methods.

Charles has responsibility for product development, sales, marketing and customer relationships.
