Light & Fluffy PancakesAt Honeytop, we have developed high capacity automated hot plate production lines to produce large quantities of batter-based products, including light and fluffy American and Scotch pancakes.
The built-in versatility of these production lines also allows the production of other flatbreads which are traditionally baked on a hot plate.
