High Care Facilities

Thanks to the flexibility of our production lines and the High Care facility within our bakery, we are able to produce naan breads or other flatbreads with any type of filling, including dairy products and meats. Fillings can be applied into the dough prior to baking, or onto baked bread in a dedicated on-site high-care facility

Keema NaanAn Indian bread filled with spiced meat. This can be eaten as an accompaniment to a meal, or on its own.
Peshwari NaanA sweet Naan bread thought to have originated from the Northern Indian Subcontinent. It is traditionally filled with sultanas, apple puree, and coconut. Honey, almonds, and mild spices may also be added to enhance the flavour.
Ham and Cheese
Flatbread MeltA unique variant created to add interest and appeal to the popular Ham & Cheese Toastie, or Croque Monsieur. The 'Melt' is supplied pre-filled and is best served toasted.
